JB Racing offers powder coating services for any new or used parts. All parts are professionally prepared through a multi-step process of old finish removal (sand and bead blasting), powder application and high temperature curing. We offer many different colors and are always getting new colors in based on market demand. If you are looking to get a custom color call and talk to us about it. We can accommodate the smallest parts up to full frames. There is no job to big or small! All finished parts are checked for quality and plastic wrapped for protection.
Chroming and /or zinc coating also available.

JB Racing Frame Gusseting Services
All gusset jobs start with the installation of JB Racing gusset kits that are specially designed and tested by top riders to reinforce frames at major stress points and known failure spots. All kits are professionally tig welded into place.
After the welding is complete, each frame goes through a strip and inspection process to check for problems that may have been covered by metal scale and / or paint.
Each job is completed by powder coating for good looks and protection
